We don’t want to boast, although, many know I have little qualms bragging. Nevertheless, 2015 was amazing. Many lessons were learned, new ventures embarked, but it’s hard to pick a favorite moment. Still, here are a few, just to recap.
Modern Market, opening in the summer of 2015 on Arthur Ave, marked the Perez family’s most recent supermarket acquisition. Honoring the half century legacy of the Izzo Family that came before, Modern continues to offer the best produce in the Bronx
Tremont Renaissance is officially underway having closed only weeks before the end of 2015. Once completed, New York City will proudly offer over 250 affordable apartments in the heart of the Bronx. #WhatPianoDistrict
Rounding out the portfolio, we also broke ground on a luxury home development in Rockland County, as well as a commercial Plaza at 766 Westchester Ave in the Bronx. Both will offer environmentally conscious and energy efficient amenities.

In closing, again, it was a good year. Now, here’s what we learned. Though another year has come and gone, this is not an end, not a beginning, not a unique opportunity. Today is simply a moment. Tomorrow is yet another, each day a new. Each second is certainly as significant as the last. As we move forward, we’ll simply let 2016 unfold.
